Glensound marks 60 years with new audio developments at CABSAT 2026

Glensound will return to CABSAT with new developments in professional monitoring and Dante interfacing, alongside its established commentary, esports and parliamentary audio systems. The show continues Glensound’s 60th anniversary year and brings the company back to a region where it has built a strong customer base across broadcast and specialist audio applications. 

The new Greater Divine Supernal extends Glensound’s intelligent loudspeaker range for professional monitoring. Built around the company’s GEM DSP platform, it combines 1Gb networking, eight network inputs, USB-C, headphone output and additional processing with a larger solid aluminium enclosure and bi-amplified two-way design. 

Also making its CABSAT appearance is the DARK22M, following a Best of Show win at IBC 2026. The compact two-in, two-out interface brings analogue, USB and Dante audio together, with independently configurable inputs, bi-directional USB-C, copper and fibre networking, redundancy and remote control. 

Commentary has long been an important market for Glensound in the Middle East, while esports is creating a newer audience for the company’s GTM interface, developed specifically for professional competitive gaming. Glensound will also feature PBS, its Parliamentary Broadcast System, which draws on more than 35 years of experience in managing clear audio across debating chambers and committee rooms, alongside voting, delegate management, camera control and logging. 

The GTM Diamond will also be on the stand as part of Glensound’s 60th anniversary celebrations. The special edition of its esports interface is finished with more than 4,000 hand-placed Swarovski crystals.
