NAB 2026: IABM Rebrands as IAMT and Launches AI Discovery Platform and Global Alliance
At NAB Show 2026, IABM announced its rebrand to the International Association of MediaTech (IAMT), alongside the launch of MAI, an agentic AI-powered discovery platform built with member company Alpha Cogs, and a new Global Alliance connecting technology providers, buyers and industry partners. CEO Saleha Williams said: “This is beyond a rebrand, it’s a recognition of the market we now inhabit. The media value chain has been permanently transformed, moving from hardware-centric silos to a fluid, software-defined, and cloud-integrated ecosystem. IAMT is a lever for our collective growth.” IAMT also reported strong audience growth in 2025, including an 8.8% LinkedIn engagement rate and over 220,000 active website users, and introduced a new Visual Podcast Series hosted by Matt Stagg.
