Sina Kunkel

My passion lies at the intersection of media technology theory and practical live events. Combining my academic studies with over six years of experience as a live sound engineer allows me to bring both technical knowledge and hands-on experience to the field.

My focus on event technology is recognised by a scholarship from the Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes (German Academic Scholarship Foundation). This support underscores my long-term career goal: contributing to the development of the next generation of professional audio technology.

I am now looking to apply my background in audio production, multimedia workflows, and live sound within the media technology industry. As part of my degree, I am required to complete a six-month industry placement starting in March/April 2027, and I am currently looking for an opportunity to put my experience into practice and gain a deeper insight into the industry.
