Melissa Ritchie

I am a Fourth Year Film and Media student at The University of Stirling. I am particularly interested in cinematography and lighting, however, I’m looking for general work on Film/TV sets to broaden my knowledge and gain experience in the industry in a real life setting.

I have worked on various student projects in the past year, and have taken on roles such as Editor, Sound Engineer, Project Manager and Camera Operator. Taking on a range of differing roles on these projects has allowed me to gain skills in leadership and time management, and increase my confidence in using different pieces of kit and navigating editing applications.

- Camera Operator for student project in 2026.
- Sound Engineer for student project in 2025.
- Editor on Avid Media Composer for student project in 2025.
- Editor on Pro Tools for student project in 2025.
- Project Manager for student project in 2025.
