Mathias Benture

My name is Mathias Benture, and I am currently studying a Master’s degree in Audiovisual, Interactive Digital Media and Games, specializing in Postproduction, at INSA Hauts-de-France in Valenciennes, France. After completing my first year of the program, I am now preparing to begin my final year, where I will continue developing my technical and creative skills in postproduction and visual effects.

I have always been passionate about cinema, visual storytelling, and the technologies behind the creation of images. My main interests focus on VFX, compositing, 3D workflows, and the evolution of post-production pipelines. I enjoy exploring how new technologies can improve the creative process and provide innovative solutions to the challenges faced by artists and studios today.

Through my academic projects and personal experiences, I have developed skills in areas such as compositing, 3D integration, editing, color grading, and sound design. I am particularly interested in pursuing a career as a Junior Compositing Artist, where I can continue learning from experienced artists while contributing to ambitious film, television, and commercial projects.

In the long term, my goal is to become a VFX Supervisor and gain a global understanding of the entire filmmaking process, from pre-production to final delivery.
