Jonathan Bendor-Samuel

Hi! I'm Jonathan and have been in the tech and production space since 2023. I have learnt a lot about technology around video, sound and lighting with my degree teaching me about the fundamentals of IT and networks. I have worked under summer contracts in the live event space during the busy summer season for the last two years and participated in broadcasts at university for various events whilst studying. I don't have a pre-determined goal for my career and am open to exploring anything and everything that the industry has to offer in an ever evolving landscape. I'm excited about the journey ahead of me and want to learn as much as possible from all aspects of live broadcast. I'm a practical learner and love being hands on with technology and systems that are used in live contexts. With IP being at the core of workflows, I hope to see how the information I learned on my degree apply to real world production.

Junior Technician and Warehouse Assistant at Event Production Services Oxford for temporary summer contracts in 2025 and 2026. Head of Sound for Sonar Events since September 2025 where I took the lead in student run broadcasts of basketball games and live events. Worked for Solent Productions on live streams being a unit manager and operator.
