WPS AI Agents are self-hosted AI assistants designed to interact with an organization's own content rather than relying on unrestricted generative AI.
The agent reads content already published across a website and answers visitors based strictly on that information. It supports Arabic, English, French, German, Greek, and Spanish, with cross-lingual retrieval allowing questions in one language to be answered using source material published in another.
The solution can retrieve information from web pages, PDFs, and documents, escalate conversations to human teams when necessary, and identify content gaps through analytics.
With fully self-hosted inference, prompts and conversations are not sent to third-party model providers. The platform also incorporates encrypted storage, configurable retention, tenant isolation, role-based access, and audit logging.
