Established in 1976, IAMT is controlled through a Members’ Board which comprises elected and appointed Directors.
The Board is responsible for the overall operation of IAMT and sets, reviews and changes as necessary the policies of the association The members’ board also exercises overall financial control.

Co-Founder, Quickplay
Paul Pastor's Bio
Paul Pastor, an early leader in Direct-To-Consumer services, is a Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer at Quickplay. Paul is responsible for key disciplines that underpin Quickplay’s global growth strategy which includes Sales, Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Development. Prior to joining Quickplay, Paul co-founded Unite Broadcast Ventures, a branded SaaS OTT platform that supports European local market streaming joint ventures. More recently, his entrepreneurial path has taken him to powering brands, channels and show success at Discovery Communications and The Walt Disney Company. Paul holds a B.A. degree in economics from the University of Virginia and a MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Business. 
Global Vice President of Key Accounts, Vizrt
Thomas Nelson's Bio
Thomas Nelson is a seasoned professional in the media tech industry, currently serving as the Global Vice President of Key Accounts at Vizrt in New York. In his elevated role, Thomas spearheads the expansion of Vizrt’s presence in the Americas market, overseeing key accounts and driving business development initiatives.
With an impressive career spanning over two decades in media tech, Thomas brings a wealth of experience to his position, with a significant portion of his journey spent at Vizrt. He commenced his career in sports production at TV 2 Norway before transitioning to Vizrt Australia in 2008. Since then, he has held various senior leadership roles across Asia Pacific and Europe, culminating in his recent advancement to lead the AMECS operations.
Throughout his tenure, Thomas has demonstrated a keen understanding of the media tech landscape, coupled with specialized technical expertise and robust business acumen. His leadership has been instrumental in driving international account teams to success, leveraging his profound knowledge of the Vizrt ecosystem and the broader industry landscape to deliver exceptional value, efficiency, and business growth.

Rajiv has 25+ years of experience in media and broadcast industry, starting in a engineering, pre-sales role and transition to commercial, sales and general management roles. Held various roles across Punwire, Essel Shaym, BT and GlobeCast.
Current role as VP Sales and Account Management, APAC and EMEA, for Encompass Digital Media, responsible for leading revenue growth and day to day management of Sales team across APAC and EMEA.

Alain Polgar's Bio
Alain Polgar, founded mediaSTRAT to support companies in the Broadcast Media industry at both strategic and operational level in their digital business transformation and international growth in new B2B2X markets. His customers range from multinational groups to start-ups.
Alain has 30 years’ industry experience and has held senior international sales and business development positions at companies like Red Bee Media / Ericsson, Rohde & Schwarz DVS, Ascent Media, Pinnacle Systems and Thomson. He is connected globally to a major part of the eco system ranging from content providers, broadcasters, operators, VOD services, technology vendors, production and post production companies as well as systems integrators.

Dan Pisarski's Bio
Dan is an engineering leader in the online, video, and broadcast industries with over 20 years’ experience. With a broad background in software and hardware design, product development, research, analysis and quality assurance, Dan understands how to take complex technology solutions from inception to delivery and beyond. As a tech visionary, Dan is a recurring contributor to articles and white papers communicating both practical know-how and forward-thinking knowledge to help bring the live video industry to the next level. Dan is also a frequent presenter sharing his expertise with sessions including 5G, open-source solutions and bringing linear channel infrastructure online. 
Executive VP of Sales, Marketing & Strategy, Telos Alliance
Marty Sacks's Bio
During more than two decades with Telos Alliance, Sacks has held a variety of roles in management and sales as well as business and product development. Prior to roles with broadcast equipment suppliers, Marty enjoyed a career as a technologist for some of US radio’s best-known stations, including highly respected NPR affiliate WAMU in Washington, DC. Along the way, Marty led Streamline Publishing, home of Radio Ink magazine. Marty lives in Baltimore with his wife, Mary Beth. In his spare time he is a flight instructor. 
Business Development, BCNEXXT
Graham Sharp's Bio
A strategic thinker, good communicator and proven executor, with 40+ years’ experience in Broadcast Technology, Graham is extremely customer focused and perfectly at ease working within Executive’s, Boards and Investors as well as having an extensive knowledge of international business and cultures gained through living and working in Asia, Europe, Canada and the US. He currently runs Sales and Marketing for BCNEXXT a native cloud-based playout software company based in Holland and is a Director of MAC, a transatlantic full-service strategy and M&A consultancy. Graham has held senior executive positions with Grass Valley (CMO), Vitec now Vidednum (VP Products), Xtranormal (CEO), Broadcast Pix (CEO), Dynatech (VP Asia) and was a listed NASDAQ Executive Officer twice as GM of Avid and VP of Sales and Marketing for Discreet Logic. 
COO, Cobalt Digital
Chris Shaw's Bio
Cobalt Digital have been a member of IABM for a number of years. As such we have (including myself) attended IABM events in the UK, U.S., Amsterdam, and other venues across the world.
As a member of IABM Cobalt have provided White Papers and other technology information. Members of Cobalt Digital have been actively involved in the RIST group (Reliable Internet Transport Streaming). Along with ROSS and WBS Cobalt Digital were a founding member of openGear technology.
Since founded in 1997 by Gene Zimmerman, President and CEO Cobalt have provided equipment to NASA, multiple sporting events, major broadcasters across the world, streaming companies, and generally a myriad of other broadcast facilities. Cobalt Digital have a strong US footprint but have also been successful in SEA and EMEA.
Cobalt Digital have been attending IBC, NAB and other major tradeshows since being founded.
