Leaseweb, NPAW, Orange, and White Peaks Solutions Join Forces to Deliver Sovereign, AI-Ready OTT Platforms for Europe

Leaseweb, Nice People at Work (NPAW), Orange, and White Peaks Solutions (WPS) announced they have joined forces to give broadcasters and streaming services a complete, production-ready path to a sovereign OTT platform, one that keeps AI-driven content intelligence, video analytics, delivery, and infrastructure under European control. The combined offering brings together Leaseweb’s sovereign cloud and dedicated infrastructure, NPAW’s video analytics and quality-of-experience suite, Orange’s sovereign CDN, and White Peaks Solutions’ media platforms and AI enrichment tools.

Broadcasters across Europe are under growing pressure to reduce their dependency on non-European hyperscalers while still delivering the personalization, automation, and audience insight modern streaming demands. The European Commission has introduced a Cloud Sovereignty Framework for its own procurement of sovereign cloud services by EU institutions, bodies, offices, and agencies, and has made the framework available for broader use.

This collaboration brings together every layer a broadcaster needs to launch or migrate an OTT service without giving up control of its content, its audience data, or its infrastructure:

• White Peaks Solutions contributes the media layer: KWIKmotion as the online video platform, FAULIO as a headless CMS, KWIKmonitor for real-time stream monitoring, a self-hosted WPS AI Agent for viewer-facing assistance, and Media Asset Intelligence (MAI), an independent platform for automated transcription, translation, face recognition, summarization, and archive indexing, all deployable on-premises or in a sovereign cloud with no data sent to third-party model providers.

Built on independently certified foundations

Each company brings its own compliance and assurance track record to the collaboration. The location of customer data, contracting entity, and any international transfer mechanism depend on the selected Leaseweb service and jurisdiction.
