Astrid Kelly

Hi, I'm Astrid Kelly. I am a Motion Picture Science major at Rochester Institute of Technology with an Imaging Science minor & an immersion in Geographical Information Systems.

I have worked within the film industry for a few years now. I started as a content producer for my high school's news team, learning how to use video cameras like the Sony FX5 and learning how to edit on software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut & Da Vinci Resolve.

In college, I have used these skills to adapt to more technical work, including coding, image processing, & motion capture engineering. I have helped develop imaging systems since freshman year for my first year-long project and recently wrapped up an internship working as an image processing engineer for L3 Harris.

I am seeking an internship or job opportunity in imaging science or motion picture engineering. With a background in coding, image processing, post-production, color grading, and camera operation, I am eager to contribute my creativity and technical expertise to a dynamic team.
