Kiloview NDI Solution Transforms Corporate AV System at Leading International Bank’s Guangzhou Training Center
In June 2025, a century-old British international bank opened its strategic talent development center in Guangzhou, China. Located in the Greater Bay Area, the center serves thousands of employees across the Asia-Pacific region and showcases the bank’s approach to developing talent.
As the bank’s largest and most advanced training facility worldwide, the center features a main auditorium, professional studios, smart conference rooms, management offices, and remote collaboration hubs. It hosts activities ranging from training and learning sessions to major corporate events and executive programs.
Given the simultaneous activities across multiple spaces, the bank required a flexible, scalable, and centralized AV system. To address this challenge, Kiloview’s fully IP-based NDI system provided seamless multi-space connectivity and professional-grade production capabilities.
Complex AV Challenges Across Multi-Room Corporate Environments
In such a large-scale training environment with multiple activities running simultaneously, each area placed more diverse and advanced demands on its AV infrastructure:
- Long-distance delivery for large venues: Handling multi-channel routing, production, and live recording and broadcasting in the main auditorium required far more capacity than a standard conference setup.
- Seamless AV Management for Multi-Space: Distributed rooms and venues across the facility needed to interoperate seamlessly, sharing signals and resources and supporting large conferences from any location.
- Centralized Management & Control Requirement: A unified control platform was required to monitor, schedule, and manage all AV resources efficiently, ensuring system stability while reducing maintenance complexity.
- Remote & Online Collaboration Needs: The bank required seamless AV connectivity between its training center and international branches to support live, interactive remote training.
- Deploying Broadcast-Grade Multi-Camera Workflow: Leveraging Kiloview NDI converters N40 Plus/N30, the auditorium becomes a compact and high-performance production studio, where multiple cameras, presentation feeds, and on-site displays are managed in real time, supporting seamless multi-channel streaming and recording.
- Connecting All Rooms with Scalable NDI Network: All conference rooms are connected via Kiloview’s NDI system, with more than 80 NDI converters N40 Plus/N30 deployed throughout the entire training center, transmitting high-quality multi-channel video over standard cables or fiber, with easy future expansion.
- Centralizing Control Across the Facility: Traditional point-to-point setups couldn’t keep up with multi-area signal demands, while 4 NDI CORE MAX distribution systems and Kilolink Server Pro centralized management platform keep all AV connections running smoothly and give operators clear, centralized control across the entire training center.
- Extending AV Connectivity to Remote Locations: The system is designed for easy future expansion. With built-in NDI Bridge and SRT/RTMP support, Kiloview NDI converter N60 can extend AV connectivity to the bank’s global branches, supporting live, interactive remote training.
- Professional Multi-Camera Production: The main auditorium now handles multiple cameras, presentation feeds, and live streaming seamlessly, delivering broadcast-quality events.
- Reliable Multi-Room Connectivity: All conference and training rooms are fully interconnected, enabling smooth collaboration and signal sharing across spaces.
- Centralized Control & Simplified Operations: Operators manage all AV devices from a single platform, reducing complexity and minimizing errors.
- Global Remote Collaboration: Remote branches can participate in live sessions with secure, high-quality audio and video, supporting interactive training anywhere.
- Future-Ready Scalability: The system can easily expand to accommodate more rooms, venues, or AV devices without major infrastructure changes.
