Saleha Williams's Bio
Saleha serves on the IAMT Board, IAMT Investments Board and IBC Board.
As the CEO of IAMT, Saleha leads IAMT’s transformation to advance the interests of the global media technology industry, developing and implementing strategies to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and promote the industry’s growth across the world.
Since joining in January 2025, she has relaunched and repositioned IAMT (formerly IABM) as the leading global platform for member innovation and thought leadership, supporting hundreds of MediaTech organizations across the world to make smarter business decisions, reach new markets, and drive measurable business impact across the global MediaTech ecosystem.
Highlights include: the launch of IAMT MAI the industry’s first Association Agentic AI Model – a game changer for IAMT members amplification; launched IAMT MarketPlace – an Amazon style platform amplifying IAMT Members to MediaTech Buyers across the globe; launched the IAMT Visual Podcast Studio published globally across iTunes, Spotify, Amazon Music and more, and launched the IAMT Global Alliance – a global ecosystem of Media Partners, Education Partners & Industry Collaboration Groups,
With over 30 years in the media and technology industry, Saleha brings a wealth of global experience. She has spearheaded profitable growth and elevated market positioning for entities, including BBC, Google, WPP, Cognizant, Cisco, Siemens, BT, UK Gov, the Olympics, and worked with global media and entertainment clients from Hollywood to Bollywood. As a passionate technology ESG advocate, she also serves as a non-executive Director at WCMC – the United Nations Environmental Programme World Conservation Monitoring Centre (UNEP-WCMC).A multi-award-winning technology thought leader and public speaker, (Financial Times Top 100 Tech Leaders, London 2012 Olympics Inspire a Generation, Insead Tech Inspirational Female, NAB Show, IBC Show, Mobile World Congress, Royal Television Society, Broadcast Asia and more), Saleha is deeply committed to driving strategies that foster an inclusive culture of innovation across the global media and entertainment industry.

Chief Finance and Operations Officer
Lucinda Meek's Bio
Lucinda is IAMT’s (formerly IABM) Chief Finance and Operations Officer and was appointed an Executive Director in 2014. She is also Chair of IABM Investments Limited. Lucinda is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience in running SMEs and associations, and auditing companies of all sizes. She has worked in the broadcast industry for 18 years.
During her tenure with IAMT, Lucinda has ensured the Association’s sound financial footing alongside managing and maintaining the smooth running of all day-to-day operations. She has also been a champion of extending its reach and influence with the formation and running of Regional Members’ Councils, transforming the Association into the truly international body it is today. Lucinda has also played a central role in developing and implementing all IABM strategies, as well as representing and helping our members in an ever-changing MediaTech landscape.

Ana-Claire Bernardes's Bio
With over a decade of experience in market intelligence, Ana-Claire have worked for a variety of research agencies, bringing consumer and lifestyle trends alive to help FMCG and tech companies to stay relevant and innovative in fast-moving industries. From an international background, Ana-Claire speaks English, French, Portuguese and Spanish. She also holds a Master degree in Journalism from the Birkbeck University of London.

Chris Evans's Bio
After graduating in 2016 from the University of Southampton with First Class Honours in Film and English, Evans joined Futuresource Consulting in 2017 as a Research Analyst. Promoted to Market Analyst in 2019, in 2021 he became a Senior Market Analyst and Head of the Pro Video & Broadcast research team, and in 2024, was promoted to Principal Analyst. Evans has also worked in video and audio production as a writer, videographer and producer, as well as in music journalism. He also has extensive experience presenting research findings to audiences at major broadcast and media events.
“Throughout my career in market intelligence I’ve been embedded in the broadcast and media entertainment industry and I am proud to be joining such a widely respected organization as the IAMT,” said Chris Evans. “The proliferation of video technology in our day-to-day lives and evolving ways in which we create and consume media continues to drive a need for market intelligence in this sector that can inform and inspire, now more than ever. I am looking forward to leading the Business Intelligence Unit to deliver an impactful and insightful research portfolio to IAMT members.”

Membership Growth Manager
Elliot Milner's Bio
As Membership Growth Manager at IAMT (formerly IABM), Elliot focuses on growing IAMT’s member base, building industry connections, and strengthening relationships across the broadcast, media and technology ecosystem. His background in education, events, recruitment and communications helps him bring a human-centred approach to the role, supporting IAMT’s continued growth, expanding its industry presence, and contributing to the organisation’s next chapter following its rebrand from IABM.
After graduating from Lancaster University with First Class Honours, Elliot is also currently reading for a Master’s in Sociology and Philosophy. He has built experience across recruitment, teaching, outreach, communications, and events, including previous work as a teacher in Hong Kong and on the events side of both music and film festivals.

Head of Skills & Development
Stuart Ray's Bio
Stuart has been involved in training and education for the Television industry for almost thirty years.
Most recently he was a Head of Department at Solent University, Southampton, with responsibility for a range of degrees across Media Technology, Computing and Television Production.
He has worked in Further and Higher Education and the charity sector and is a passionate supporter of new talent in the industry. He has undertaken recent research into the shortage of young people studying the fields of media technology and broadcast engineering. As a consequence he believes there is a clear need for retraining and upskilling for both new and long standing professionals in the industry.

Principal Analyst
Riikka Koponen's Bio
Riikka is a graduate of Helsinki School of Economics, Finland’s top business school. She also studied Chinese Language and Literature at Fudan University in Shanghai, and is a fluent Finnish, English, French and Mandarin speaker. Since graduating, Riikka has held a number of market analyst roles, including Head of Research at a leading business advisory service in Shanghai, and most recently was Business Intelligence Manager at B Medical Systems in Luxembourg.

Olga Nevinchana's Bio
Olga Nevinchana is a Senior Analyst at IAMT (formerly IABM) with over 15 years of experience in research, market intelligence, and data analysis, based in Luxembourg. Since joining IAMT’s Business Intelligence Unit in 2020, Olga has been leveraging quantitative market data to identify industry trends and support strategic decision-making. Passionate about data-driven insights, she provides in-depth analysis that helps businesses navigate the evolving M&E landscape. She holds an MSc in Sociology from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and has held analyst roles in research agencies and multinational corporations across Europe.

Stan Moote's Bio
Well known throughout the world, Stan has worked in our industry for over three decades always focusing on technology with an exceptional business approach. You will often see Stan’s forward-looking articles in various industry publications including the IAMT Journal. Stan also represents the IAMT membership on the NATAS Emmy Technical Committee.

Nigel brings expertise in environmental issues. In his role as a member of the Standards Monitoring Group he produces regular reports on legislative changes which are available to members on the IABM website.

Paul is a valued and active member of our Standards Monitoring Group who represents IABM on SMPTE and AES Standards Committees and at ABU Technical Committee meetings. He provides IABM with regular news and reports on standards development which are made available to members on the IABM website.

Paul Young's Bio
Paul has worked in marketing since 2008, across multiple industries including large-scale events and exhibitions, the drinks trade and restaurant groups. He is particularly passionate about the use of big data, and tying that in with best-in-class UX and customer journeys. Paul is looking forward to evolving IAMT’s use of digital techniques to deliver an outstanding member experience.

Roger Thornton's Bio
Roger has been an active supporter of IAMT (formerly IABM) throughout his 30+ years in the broadcast and media industry, mostly spent with Quantel, and has watched with delight as IAMT has developed into the broad-based, truly representative industry body that it is today. Roger is an Honorary Fellow of the BKSTS, Chairman of the IBC Exhibition Committee and last but not least, Chairman of Hungerford Cricket Club.
